Our 21+ event will showcase an electrifying lineup of performers, all conveying the complex world of the elements: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Space.

Get your dance on, be mesmerized by flow artists, and watch the ladies of AcroYoga Quad Cities performing all of their group routines for you!

Wanna dress up? Coming dressed as your favorite element is highly encouraged!!! Think all blue for water, something firey red, etc.

For all ages. Find Your Voice, the iRead Summer Reading theme, strives to provide a context for exploring books, history, and social justice. In alignment with this theme, we will be highlighting local voices of power in this activism symposium. Featuring speakers from QC Harm Reduction, Prairie Oaks, and Roaring Rhetoric, videos from Living Lands and Waters, and an acrobatic yoga performance by QC AcroYoga, this symposium will leave you feeling inspired and more knowledgeable about activism in our community. Practice giving and receiving Thai bodywork with a partner. This is work is done fully clothed on the floor and creates space and balance in the body through light stretching and compression. You’ll feel more aware of yours body and centered in your heart and mind.

The practice of partner acrobatics is both healing and fun! Anyone can base and fly these low to the ground poses that decompress the spine and build trust and communication.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn progressively in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and re-energized!

Join AcroYoga Quad Cities Coach Nikki Jones for All Levels Hot Vinyasa Yoga every Thursday at Haus of Om. Cultivating strength and flexibility in your own body will help build the confidence you need to practice acroyoga in a partner or group setting. This class is on the slower side, with lots of modifications and variations offered for students of all abilities.
