Prerequisites: NONE. This is the 'absolute beginning', for those with or without any knowledge of acroyoga or yoga practice.

Please obey park rules at all times. Hand sanitizer will be available. If you are able to get vaccinated, please do. If not, you are expected to wear a mask. Failure to do so is done at your own risk.
